Administration Assistant

We are seeking a Contract position to fill maternity leave position (approximately 52 weeks in length and may be extended based on availability and performance) for an Administrative Assistant. Start date 15-June-2020. Responsibilities include managing all accounting and office administrative duties. Managing accounts payable, banking, sales tax reporting, filing, posting transactions, mail, answering the telephone and administrative support for other departments. A great attitude with customer service skills & professionalism is a must. A minimum of two years’ experience in bookkeeping and general office administration is preferred.
